When considering SIPs on a project, the SipBuild design team should be involved from the earliest opportunity to ensure that the full range of benefits of Structural Insulated Panels are realised.

SipBuild will convert your architectural planning drawings into a complete structural panel kit. All support members and floor systems are integrated before a three dimensional model of the building is created. This allows each panel to be visualised and checked for accuracy before manufacture.

A complete build information pack will be produced, detailing each step of the installation process and all connections.

The SipBuild technical department can also assist in the calculation of U values for certain build ups, SAP assessments, energy ratings and warranty approvals.
