SIP Build concentrates on supplying the highest quality Structural Insulated Panels. Through a number of partner companies, customers are offered a full service – from design, structural engineering to construction on site.  This package of services can be tailored to meet the needs of each customer – from self-builder to large developer. Housing

Using SIP's it is easy to create varying external finishes to give a traditional build appearance. For suitable "dressing" options please call our technical department.

Leisure/Sport

Structural Insulated Panels have the versatility to create large open spaces such as leisure centres and community halls. The superior insulation gives the building owner the confidence that operating costs are kept to a minimum, as heating large traditionally built spaces can be expensive.

The projects can be built quickly and may only require lightweight structural steel frames.

Education

SIP Building technology is extremely energy efficient for school buildings. Imagine a room of 30 children, all creating body heat, the specially insulated panel system keeps that heat in, making it a self heating room! It also has benefits due to the speed of build.
