Sipbuild have secured a significant contract to supply and install ‘Structural Insulated Panels’ to a large residential apartment complex in Liverpool city centre. This represents a significant breakthrough for the company in its early stages of growth. The project will enable the developers to speed up the construction process significantly by ensuring the external envelope of the building is weather tight much quicker than if it were traditionally built.

Sipbuild recently exhibited at ‘Your Move Live’ Exhibition in Liverpool.

We attended the exhibition in support of one of clients Ergo developments. The exhibition featured and showcased most of Merseyside’s leading property developers and leading finance, legal and surveying companies as well as a large overseas property section.
Despite only taking a very small display at the show, the diversity of visitors and exhibitors at the exhibition resulted in overwhelming interest and created valuable relationships with several leading developers in the region.
